You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of this section.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to financial losses, security breaches, legal disputes, smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network failures, or third-party actions. Our Services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for using the Services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the platform. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to such action.

All fees paid for the Services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your token launch.

You acknowledge that blockchain technology and token launches involve significant risks, including price volatility, hacking, and regulatory changes, all of which you accept by using our Services.
